Uppercase Living

I have recently been introduced to the Uppercase Living product and have quickly become a fan. I am always looking for new ways to jazz up my decorating style and one of the areas I need most help with are my walls. We have finally finished painting the majority of the rooms in our house but there was one room in particular that seemed to be missing something. I had no idea what that "something" was until I found it in the Uppercase Living catalog. The product is great, but I must warn you in advance... it is addicting.

We have had one wall in our guest bedroom painted purple for a little over a year now. The other three walls are a light beige. It is hard to tell from the picture but there are a few purple lines in the bed spread. We really wanted to make the purple lines stand out so decided on a purple wall. We liked how it turned out but it felt like there was almost too much purple and that we definitely needed something on the wall. I was very happy with how the dandelion turned out.

For hosting a party I was able to choose a word to go on one of my walls to demonstrate how to use the product. Of my three choices, I decided to go with the word "beautiful." The hard part was then finding a place to put the word. After getting consultation from the demonstrator and a few guests who arrived early, we decided the best place would be around our wedding photos. When the hubby got home he really liked how it looked but he was afraid that it would make us look a little conceited. We decided to add the words "a" and "day" which went very well with the theme of the pictures.

Another product I ordered was one of our favorite scriptures to put in our bedroom. This scripture was used during our wedding ceremony and was engraved inside the hubby's wedding ring.

I think it finished off our bedroom perfectly.

Uppercase Living has a lot of great holiday stuff, but I didn't want to put anything on my walls because when I take off the wording after the holidays, I won't be able to use again in the future. I decided to adhere the product onto a board and then place it on a display stand.

There is one more product that we are considering ordering in the future, but we have decided that we will order nothing else for awhile because it may start looking silly if we have words all over the house. Happy decorating!

  1. Love those ideas!
I have so much on my walls, although having some wording above the photo collage in the hallway might be perfect!

  2. I love all the stuff you got! The dandelion is just fantastic and the one in your bedroom is so perfect. I still have to do my plate! By Friday I'll have it finished and then I can show you. :o)
