Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie

I have been such a slacker with my blogs. I hate to admit it, but I have done a lot of baking without even taking pictures. I have actually made this recipe twice since taking the pictures so you know how far I am behind my blogging. I made this pie back in October for my sister-in-law's birthday. She is a big fan of this pie and I love making it because it is extremely easy.

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup finely packed brown sugar
- 1 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 1 cup Nestle's Toll House semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Ingredients in a nutshell.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy.

Add flour and both sugars and beat until well blended. Blend in the melted/cooled butter

Stir in chocolate chips. You can add nuts too.

Form your pie shell around your pan and try to make the edges look pretty. Does anyone have a good technique that they use for the edges of pie shells? I still need a little practice.

Pour mixture into pie shell.

Oops... I was so excited that I cut out a slice before taking a picture. The pie is great on it's own or can be paired with vanilla ice cream.
Bon Appetit!
